Set a language, cleanup mode, and image scale once for a site, and Smart Text Capture applies it automatically next time.

   Open "Options" and go to "Site profiles".

   Add the site's address — a wildcard like *.example.com matches every subdomain.

   Choose the language, cleanup mode, and preprocessing scale that work best for that site.

   Smart Text Capture applies the saved profile automatically the next time you capture there.
