Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Smart Text Capture (the “Software”), a commercial browser extension provided by AnhBui Dev(“we”, “us”). By installing, activating, or using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. Each license may be activated on up to three (3) devices at a time. Lifetime licenses do not expire; subscription licenses remain valid while the subscription is active and in good standing.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Software to infringe the rights of others or to violate any applicable law.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Software does not work as described; contact us through the contact page.

4. Privacy

Smart Text Capture performs text recognition locally and stores your capture history on your own device. We collect only the information needed to deliver and support your license, such as your email address. We do not sell your data.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnhBui Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
