Conditions of Use

These Conditions of Use describe the practical rules for using Smart Text Capture and complement our Terms of Service. By using the Software you accept these conditions.

1. Acceptable use

Smart Text Capture is intended to help you capture and recognize text you are entitled to access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and reuse any content you process with the Software.

2. Device activations

Your license activates on up to three (3) devices. If you reach the limit, deactivate an existing device from the extension settings, or contact support to reset your activations when changing machines.

3. Updates

We may release updates that improve recognition accuracy, performance, and compatibility. Lifetime licenses include all future updates. We recommend keeping the extension current for the best experience.

4. Availability

The Software runs primarily in your browser. Some account and licensing services rely on our hosted endpoints; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Support

Support is provided by email through the contact page. Yearly and lifetime customers receive priority handling.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license that violates these conditions or our Terms of Service, including license sharing or fraudulent chargebacks.
